DOLLOP is a new smash burger and fried chicken brand. Here’s what we stand for.
We think the best bite is the crispy bit.
The edge of a smash patty. The craggy corner of a fried chicken coat. The drip of cheese that lands on the paper. That’s where the flavour lives.
So we built DOLLOP around those moments. Burgers smashed thin on a scorching plate. Chicken fried until it crackles. Buns toasted, pickles sharp, and sauce applied with a generous hand.
No gimmicks, no endless menu. Just a few things we’re obsessive about, served fast and served right.

Smash it hard
A hot plate, a heavy press and no fear. That’s how you get the crispy, lacy edges that make a smash burger worth queueing for.

Fry it loud
Chicken should crunch so loud the next table turns round. Craggy coat outside, juicy inside, seasoned all the way through.

Sauce it properly
We’re called DOLLOP for a reason. Sauce isn’t a garnish here; it’s the point.
